Program Manager, Clinical Supplies Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as Manager of Clinical Supply Project Managers or take charge of significant pipeline studies as an individual contributor.

• Ensure uniformity in study setup and ongoing maintenance across Clinical Supply Project Managers.

• Assess the effectiveness of processes and the quality of project work executed by Clinical Supply Project Managers.

• Collaborate globally and across functions to guarantee cost-efficient study management and superior outcomes.

• Spearhead the development of new processes to ensure compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management.

• Engage in substantial cross-functional improvement initiatives throughout AbbVie R&D.

• Analyze issues and suggest solutions from a global viewpoint.

• Act as a representative for Clinical Supplies Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with typically 14+ years of experience in the field or scientific discipline; OR Master's degree or equivalent education with typically 12+ years of experience; OR PhD with typically 6+ years of experience.

• Proven experience in clinical supplies project management or a related scientific discipline.

• Capable of leading Clinical Supply Project Managers or overseeing critical pipeline studies.

• Proficient in collaborating globally and across various functions.

• Skilled in developing compliant processes for Clinical Supplies Project Management.

• Competent in evaluating issues and proposing solutions with a global outlook.
