• Curate and consolidate clinical value data, metrics, and narratives for presentations, reports, and various communications targeting both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Services - Medical team and internal stakeholders (such as operations, Performance, Product, finance, and business development) to guarantee the consistent and effective communication of clinical programs' value propositions.
• Lead and oversee specific projects across various specialty utilization management, incorporating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across different value pools and clinical initiatives.
• Ensure visibility into the performance and productivity of the utilization management staff, assisting in the collection of success metrics and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Develop materials for internal strategy sessions, external client engagements, and organizational leadership briefings regarding clinical program performance and value generation.
• Recognize opportunities to streamline project management workflows, enhance communication between clinical and non-clinical teams, and improve reporting practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, health sciences, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), or another related advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, ideally with exposure to utilization management (UM), clinical operations, or value-based care models.
• Experience in project management, preferably within a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, radiology benefit management, and other related care programs is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating complex clinical data into clear, concise messaging.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
