• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Program Management methods and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management.
• Technical proficiency to read, comprehend, and articulate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
• Capable user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, quality assurance, and project/program management.
