This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Establish and uphold the "Gold Standard" for project controls.
β’ Deliver rigorous quality assurance and quality control over schedules, cost forecasting, and risk reporting.
β’ Identify skill deficiencies, provide training opportunities, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
β’ Proactively recognize delivery bottlenecks and develop recovery plans.
β’ Design and implement an escalation management strategy for effective risk mitigation.
β’ Lead the smooth integration of new procedures and PMO tools into existing workflows.
β’ Continuously challenge existing processes to enhance methodologies.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
β’ At least 10 years of relevant experience.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Program Management methods and best practices.
β’ In-depth knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management.
β’ Technical proficiency to read, comprehend, and articulate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications.
β’ Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
β’ Capable user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, quality assurance, and project/program management.
β’ Exceptional communication skills.
