Program Manager

📋 Description

• Organizing and leading project teams from program initiation to delivery, utilizing an outcomes-driven, agile-oriented approach.

• Collaborating with product owners, software development teams, technical teams, security teams, and senior leadership across the organization to establish project objectives.

• Defining success metrics and data-driven criteria to assess program return on investment (ROI).

• Creating and managing project timelines, milestone-based plans, and progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

• Evaluating project progress and, when necessary, spearheading collaborative efforts to adjust scope, timelines, and costs to achieve project goals—escalating issues effectively when needed.

• Delivering program status updates—detailed communications for teams/stakeholders and executive-level summaries for senior leadership.

• Ensuring comprehensive risk management plans are in place and leading necessary risk mitigation initiatives.

• Building and sustaining positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders across various business units and functional groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• Proficiency with Excel, JIRA, MS Project, and data visualization tools.

• Capability to present data effectively to prompt a “call to action.”

• Experience in applying Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Proven ability to achieve defined program goals and outcomes.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to navigate and constructively resolve differing viewpoints.
