• A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• More than 3 years of direct leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare-related distribution and transportation processes.
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
• Capability to influence others without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, including Pivot tables and Vlookup.
