Program Manager – Vertical Integration

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of startup activities.

• Address complex challenges that may threaten project delivery.

• Spearhead change initiatives by crafting effective communication plans.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, HR, Regulatory, and Sales teams.

• Persuade senior leaders and colleagues to facilitate decision-making processes.

• Develop and enforce best practices focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Assemble and guide high-performing teams for successful startups.

• Recognize and reduce risks associated with startup timelines.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for startup milestones.

• Utilize data to extract insights and support informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.

• More than 3 years of direct leadership experience.

• Thorough knowledge of healthcare-related distribution and transportation processes.

• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.

• Capability to influence others without direct authority.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, including Pivot tables and Vlookup.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
