Program Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead teams in defining the scope of activities to identify, collect, and analyze requirements, establish key business drivers, and devise effective and innovative solutions.

• Oversee the complete project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring, and execution (including risk management, budgeting, timelines, and other related reporting).

• Manage project resources and financials, including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.

• Facilitate communication regarding projects with clients and/or partners and internally within Adobe.

• Responsible for ensuring that projects meet quality standards.

• Focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven outcomes—assist customers in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry best practices, and guidance on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

• Collaborate with other Adobe teams to deliver a unified One Adobe experience to customers.

• Actively engage in the development of PMO practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational project management skills in delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or a combination of vendor/customer experience).

• Proven project management experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions.

• Capability to manage large single projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and skills in risk management, prioritization, and outstanding communication (verbal, written, and presentation) up to the Executive level within an organization.

• Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.

• A professional project management certification, e.g., PRINCE2 or PMI.

• A background in business consulting.

• Ability to collaborate with virtual internal teams across different geographies and time zones.

• Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
