Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take charge of product outcomes for a specific vertical, including KPIs, roadmap, prioritization, and release planning.

• Collaborate with the CPO/PO and Delivery Manager to establish scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence.

• Lead the discovery phase: identify user challenges, business constraints, risk/impact trade-offs, and potential solutions.

• Create and document comprehensive end-to-end user and financial flows.

• Convert regulatory and operational constraints into product requirements and UX guidelines.

• Develop clear artifacts for design and engineering, including PRD/BRD-style documents, Acceptance Criteria, edge cases, and “as-is/to-be” process diagrams (PlantUML).

• Work closely with engineering teams (backend, web, mobile), design, operations, and compliance to facilitate delivery.

• Maintain a robust feedback loop: validate builds, coordinate QA expectations, and ensure high-quality product releases.

• Align stakeholders on decisions, communicate changes promptly, and keep the team focused on achieving business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or crypto.

• Strong grasp of payment products and processes, including cards, accounts, PSP/BaaS/CaaS, and KYC/KYT concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into clear UX and detailed requirements artifacts.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
