Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for cybersecurity management, ensuring operational performance and compliance across all networks, systems, and applications.

• Provide centralized oversight of Security Assessments (SA), including ongoing evaluations and new authorizations.

• Conduct analyses to guarantee the consistent implementation of security controls.

• Integrate emerging technologies in alignment with established information security standards.

• Develop and implement strategies for monitoring and evaluating networks, systems, and applications.

• Assist in the maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

• Supervise contractor personnel and Task Order performance, focusing on technical delivery and ideally Profit & Loss (P&L).

• Ensure that program achievements are documented and communicated for wider company initiatives through whitepapers, briefing documents, and proposals.

• Work independently with minimal direction, anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven experience in leading and managing cybersecurity projects, with the capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• CISSP Certification is required.

• An advanced degree in a technical or cyber-related discipline, with direct experience or relevant certifications acceptable as a substitute for formal education.

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

• Strong foundation and understanding of cybersecurity principles, industry security standards, and best practices.

• Domain expertise and experience in implementing best practices, offering recommendations to address both business and technical project challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering executive presentations, demonstrations, and reporting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
