Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of programs across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

• Develop and sustain detailed program and process documentation to promote clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to established project governance.

• Organize IT, Business Unit (BU), and vendor review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items and progress updates.

• Monitor and coordinate the advancement of the client's tasks and activities.

• Provide reports on project and program status to the Executive team to evaluate risks, issues, and obstacles.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and strategies for resolution.

• Encourage continuous improvement initiatives within the project team to enhance quality and maximize value delivery.

• Establish a regular schedule for meetings with teams to oversee progress.

• Demonstrated experience in Program and Project management, ideally within a technology-driven environment.

• Quick to learn and adapt to the program vision.

• Capability to lead Executive-level meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Familiarity with supply chain processes, methodologies, and workflows.

• Experience collaborating with implementation vendors.

• Strong grasp of Waterfall, Scrum/Agile principles, and Kanban methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Experience managing a cross-functional team that includes both full-time and part-time members.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project documentation and management tools, such as Jira, is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively manage risks.
