Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Organizing and directing project teams from the start of the program to its completion

• Collaborating with product owners, software development teams, and senior leadership

• Establishing success criteria and metrics to assess program ROI

• Overseeing project timelines and providing updates on status

• Leading risk management initiatives and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with equivalent work experience

• Over 5 years of experience in project or program management

• Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, MS Project, or comparable tools

• Capability to present data effectively to prompt a “call to action”

• Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and best practices

• Proven track record of achieving program objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation abilities

• Skills in conflict resolution
