Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact with Government stakeholders.

• Oversee the project timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.

• Lead teams utilizing Agile delivery methods.

• Facilitate modernization, migration, testing, deployment, and operational processes.

• Create executive briefings and status updates.

• Ensure adherence to federal standards and contractual obligations.

• Manage overall contract performance.

• Develop and maintain the Project Plan within 10 days of contract award.

• Conduct weekly status meetings and reporting.

• Handle scheduling, risks, budget, resources, and deliverables.

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and necessary approvals.

• Supervise discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities.

• Collaborate with client leadership and cybersecurity teams.

• Oversee subcontractors and cloud service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in managing Federal IT projects.

• Proven experience in managing website modernization initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
