Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing numerous high-profile projects that utilize various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs), ensuring seamless collaboration among internal teams, including sales and delivery, as well as key customer and partner stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, delivering intricate, multi-stream initiatives; hands-on management of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources (architects and engineers) for data and AI projects.

• Proven capability to manage 4-5 customers simultaneously while maintaining over 85% billable utilization; a consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Experience with, or knowledge of, technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI, Tableau, and Sigma.

• Must possess people management experience, leading high-performing teams.

• Practical expertise in Portfolio/Program Management using Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of Waterfall; capable of selecting and customizing approaches to achieve desired outcomes.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel); possesses strong technical and process documentation abilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of producing executive-ready updates and facilitating clear decision-making with C-level stakeholders.

• Highly organized and self-motivated; excels in time management and prioritization among competing initiatives.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities; exercises independent judgment and escalates issues clearly when necessary.

• Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services environment, including managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field is preferred.

• PMP and CSM certifications are highly desirable; additional credentials are a plus.
