Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of responsibility for all engineering functions related to the Airbases business segment.

• Direct the planning, prioritization, coordination, and execution of engineering, construction, and service projects and initiatives.

• Ensure that engineering deliverables align with technical, quality, schedule, and financial goals.

• Oversee the management of engineering project portfolios and resource distribution across various Airbase programs.

• Supervise engineering design, development, validation, and implementation efforts.

• Guarantee that engineering solutions adhere to company standards, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Facilitate technical reviews, design evaluations, risk assessments, and engineering change management procedures.

• Assist in problem-solving and the resolution of intricate technical challenges.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, budget, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or a related technical field.

• Over 8 years of experience in engineering, project management, or program management.

• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Strong comprehension of engineering design, product development, construction processes, manufacturing support, and project execution methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
