This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the design and implementation of comprehensive shared service programs, which includes defining business requirements, setting milestones, and establishing success criteria.
• Oversee all facets of the Shared Services Projects, encompassing communication management, change management, user acceptance testing, risk management, and project reporting.
• Collaborate with OSV’s Learning and Development team to create training materials, documentation, and resources that support initiatives, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and clearly communicates essential concepts.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal Shared Services teams, offering guidance on best practices, processes, and tools.
• Develop mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with various teams within OSV to ensure programs align with overall business objectives and strategies.
• Capable of managing, configuring, and optimizing project management software to assist project teams in planning, executing, and tracking projects effectively.
• Proficient in systematically identifying, analyzing, and improving processes, products, or services over time to achieve enhanced performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Professional Services, or similar sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
