Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the consolidated project portfolio for the AI Advisory and Transformation Services Practice, ensuring visibility into the status, risks, and resource distribution across all ongoing engagements.

• Set and uphold project management standards, including scope documentation, milestone monitoring, change control, and lessons-learned procedures.

• Supervise the operational delivery of all advisory, assessment, and transformation projects, guaranteeing consistent quality and adherence to Netrio’s delivery methodology.

• Manage the practice-level P&L, monitoring revenue, delivery costs, profit margins, and budget variances on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Create and present executive-level program status reports, detailing portfolio health, financial performance, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.

• Mentor and develop project managers, consultants, and delivery personnel within the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of program or project management experience in professional services, IT consulting, managed services, or technology advisory sectors.

• Proven experience in managing multi-project portfolios with simultaneous, complex engagements.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budget oversight, and margin analysis.

• Established ability to create and deliver executive-level reports and presentations.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical, business, and executive audiences.

• PMP, PgMP, or a similar project/program management certification.
