Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• The main emphasis of this role is managing ENERGY STAR programs, which include the ENERGY STAR Retail Products Platform and Midstream Incentive Programs.

• The individual will be fully accountable for developing, disseminating, training, assessing, and evaluating the programs' success and effectiveness, encompassing data management from preliminary stages to post-program, expense management, and revenue assurance and reporting.

• This position requires a strong familiarity with all aspects of the ENERGY STAR Certified Product appliance sell-in and sell-through data from members and vendors, as well as the entire spectrum of internal data structures.

• The role will also necessitate collaboration with various internal departments and external organizations.

• The candidate must be adept at multitasking amidst the various complexities related to ENERGY STAR incentives, products, and retailers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ENERGY STAR Program Management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to operate with minimal oversight.

• Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects at once.

• Proficient in presenting to large audiences.

• Competence in reading, comprehending, and writing effectively.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Experience with budgeting.

• Willingness to travel within the U.S. for our bi-annual PrimeTime Events may be necessary.
