Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee Omni Channel and telephony projects from the planning stage through to successful delivery.

• Coordinate projects that involve systems integration and data architecture.

• Manage several simultaneous projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle dependencies and guarantee seamless project execution.

• Organize and lead regular status meetings, track action items, and deliver frequent project updates.

• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delivery challenges.

• Maintain and revise project documentation, including business flows, retrospectives, and status reports.

• Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and technical details to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Drive process enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering.

• Experience in managing projects related to Omni Channel and telephony.

• Strong grasp of systems integration and data architecture principles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in cross-functional settings.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities with both business and technical teams.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.

• Proven skills in risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling.

• Practical experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Outstanding organizational, documentation, and process improvement capabilities.
