Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the financial performance of projects, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss evaluations.

• Serve as the main liaison for the state client.

• Ensure that program operations adhere to contract stipulations as well as state and federal regulations.

• Confirm that the objectives and goals set by the Project Manager align with the overall strategies of the project.

• Oversee administrative operations for the project, including budgeting, financial oversight, and human resources.

• Strategically plan, develop, and prioritize goals for operational performance.

• Analyze management, productivity, and financial reports and studies.

• Engage in internal audits, research initiatives, forecasts, and modeling activities.

• Direct operational managers, including conducting performance evaluations, mentoring, and offering professional development support.

• Provide proactive leadership to achieve corporate goals and program objectives.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

• More than 10 years of pertinent professional experience.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to acquire and maintain such clearance as required for contract execution.
