Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• As the Program Manager, you will lead the successful execution of Massive Rocket’s most intricate, multi-workstream client programs.

• You will ensure that each project is aligned with broader objectives, properly governed, and executed to the highest standards.

• You are the principal point of accountability — the individual responsible for managing risks, maintaining dependencies, keeping budgets on track, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across various teams.

• You will collaborate closely with executive sponsors, client leadership, and internal teams to structure, plan, and deliver programs in a manner that is predictable, transparent, and commercially viable.

• You will develop and refine our governance frameworks, assist teams in navigating risks and issues, and ensure that technical, delivery, and business stakeholders are moving cohesively in the same direction.

• This position is vital for guaranteeing that our most ambitious engagements operate smoothly, empowering our teams to perform at their best, and providing our clients with a seamless, strategic journey from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of program and project leadership experience in a services environment — preferably with a focus on Martech.

• A demonstrated history of managing complex, multi-workstream programs across digital, CRM, or data domains.

• Practical experience in delivering and governing programs within consultancies or agencies.

• Extensive knowledge of CRM, data, Martech, and digital transformation ecosystems.

• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining program governance frameworks that ensure alignment and progress.

• Strong commercial and financial management abilities — including budgeting, forecasting, and managing commercial risks.

• Comfortable operating at high levels, collaborating directly with C-Suite executives and senior leadership.

• Proficiency in risk management, dependency mapping, and program-level planning.

• Experience in leading distributed teams across various time zones and workstreams.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills that instill clarity and confidence within teams.

• Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to determine when and how to implement each.

• Willingness to travel for essential client meetings and steering committees as necessary.
