This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan and oversee program activities to meet the financial and performance objectives set by MarketSource and the client.
• Manage program operations and performance, including supervising and monitoring employee activities.
• Handle client expectations and commitments effectively.
• Track program goals and deliver essential performance feedback to both the client and leadership.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance and surpass program objectives.
• Create and implement processes to assess and enhance performance.
• Provide analysis for ad-hoc reports for executive management.
• Coordinate contingency strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Oversee program profit and loss management.
• Conduct routine financial and program evaluations with client management and MarketSource.
• Recruit, select, manage, and develop team members.
• Define, communicate, and assess team objectives related to territory management.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm utilizing CRM for account management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Handle employee performance reviews, recruitment, promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage results and take corrective measures to meet objectives.
• Assist the team in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and finalizing opportunities.
• Train the team on necessary skills, tools, product information, and business intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Willingness to travel 50%-80% within the market, including occasional out-of-state and overnight trips.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing high-performance programs with ambitious goals and achieving successful results.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the capability to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities, responsibilities, and business needs.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze and enhance work processes for greater efficiency.
• Demonstrated capacity to be a team player and coach.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and influencing skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in presenting to senior leaders and executives, as well as in small and large group settings.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
