This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with business partners and consumers to pinpoint market demands and achieve measurable business results through strategic alliances.
• Oversee partner execution throughout pilot programs, test initiatives, and complete launches, ensuring that milestones are met and momentum is maintained.
• Set up operational rhythms for launched partners, including bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly business evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for referral partners, fostering alignment and expediting program execution.
• Create and sustain project plans, contact lists, and reporting timelines.
• Establish success metrics and provide actionable performance reports.
• Advocate for partner needs across functions and prioritize features and initiatives related to partners.
• Assess program progress and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance and refine processes, tools, and documentation.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of RepairPal's monetization systems to ensure accurate tracking and monetization of referrals.
• Travel as necessary, up to 50%.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing strategic accounts, partners, programs, or projects.
• A background in or passion for the automotive industry and auto-related technology is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in creating reports and extracting actionable insights from data.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
• Self-driven, assertive, and energetic, demonstrating enthusiasm and follow-through.
• Inherently curious about systems, products, and business operations.
• Proficient with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
