This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead a team of technical program managers to drive the organization’s OKRs.
• Spearhead complex initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity while optimizing team execution and collaboration.
• Manage and mentor technical program managers, strengthening the team’s technical program management capabilities.
• Foster accountability to achieve high performance standards.
• Serve as a Principal Program Manager tackling challenging problems and projects within the finance organization.
• Collaborate with company leaders to facilitate critical trade-off decisions.
• Identify execution gaps and risks, taking decisive actions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Act as a liaison between the business and the home organization for projects and programs.
• Cultivate relationships with Directors, VPs, and other leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and support teams to introduce new capabilities.
• Over 10 years of experience or equivalent education in engineering and product delivery in collaboration with engineers.
• Proficient in program management methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Scrum, with practical applications at scale.
• More than 8 years of experience leading technical program management and/or engineering teams.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguity and drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Capability to influence without direct organizational power.
• Skill in collaborating with both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Proven experience in building trust-based relationships across an organization.
• Background in assembling and leading cross-functional teams.
• Working technical proficiency.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), engineering standards, and architectural risk management.

• Completion of employment eligibility verification is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (bonus qualification).
• Experience with Financial and CRM Systems, SaaS-based applications, and Jira (bonus qualification).
