This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Act as a reliable advisor to stakeholders from product, marketing, UX, research, innovation, AI, cloud, and technology sectors.
• Lead discussions with clients by providing recommendations, solutions, insights, trade-offs, and actionable advice.
• Link research initiatives to business goals, strategic priorities, growth prospects, and decision-making requirements.
• Foster long-term client relationships to support retention and expansion.
• Supervise multiple qualitative research projects and strategic accounts concurrently.
• Oversee the complete execution of large-scale, multi-market, and global initiatives.
• Create operational frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
• Anticipate potential risks, eliminate obstacles, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, recruitment difficulties, timelines, feasibility, budgets, and shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with researchers, moderators, project managers, recruitment partners, vendors, operations teams, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee tailored research programs and convert ambiguity into organized plans and deliverables.
• Enhance processes, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the main contact for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and document key decisions.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, retention, and future account growth.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in qualitative research, insights consulting, program management, project leadership, operations, or client services.
• Background in supporting enterprise-level technology firms or intricate B2B organizations.
• Strong grasp of qualitative research methodologies and participant recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-market, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of recruitment feasibility, screening, participant management, and study execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle ambiguity and incomplete information effectively.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead discussions at the executive level.
• Skill in balancing client needs with delivery realities.
