Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist the Application Security team by managing the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations initiatives.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and promote effective collaboration across different functions.

• Develop and sustain project documentation and program artifacts.

• Monitor progress, risks, blockers, milestones, and key results (KRs).

• Provide updates on program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Oversee change management efforts across various teams.

• Analyze program data utilizing SQL and/or IQL to aid in reporting and decision-making.

• Proactively identify issues, research solutions, and implement rapid iterative enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Japanese language.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong background in program or project management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with PMO teams.

• Familiarity with tracking progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in SQL and/or IQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of the Application Security domain (preferred).

• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.

• Open to applicants residing in the United States and approved LATAM countries.
