This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional programs that enhance application security and engineering operations.
• Collaborate with PMO teams and technical stakeholders to monitor and convey program progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and critical outcomes.
• Organize and lead recurring program meetings, establish operating rhythms, conduct status reviews, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
• Develop and sustain program documentation, action plans, ownership tracking, risk logs, decision records, and executive-ready status reports.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, security, and other stakeholder groups to clarify ownership, resolve impediments, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Utilize SQL and/or IQL to analyze program data, verify outcomes, identify trends or gaps, and assist in reporting and decision-making.
• Convert complex program and technical information into concise updates, recommendations, and escalation points for leadership.
• Manage change initiatives that impact multiple teams, processes, or technical environments.
• Proactively investigate unclear problems, explore potential solutions, test methodologies, and quickly iterate based on findings.
• Provide comprehensive program coordination and guidance while ensuring accountability for milestones, risks, dependencies, and results.
• 8–10 years of pertinent program or project management experience.
• Excellent project and program management capabilities with proven ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in conveying program status, risks, blockers, recommendations, and key results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with PMO teams across the organization to oversee governance, progress tracking, reporting, risks, blockers, and key results.
• Proven experience establishing and leading recurring program meetings and cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Practical experience with SQL and/or IQL for data analysis, program reporting, validation, or decision-making support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience researching ambiguous problems, assessing potential solutions, and iterating swiftly to achieve results.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project or program documentation and managing change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Application Security is a plus.
• Experience in supporting security, security engineering, product security, secure software development, vulnerability management, or other security-focused technical programs is advantageous.
• Background in managing programs related to engineering ownership, technical remediation, compliance, operational readiness, or security controls is a plus.
• Experience coordinating large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams or organizational groups is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or IQL.
• Proficient in program and project management tools for tracking milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and action items.
• Must be able to maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Open to candidates located in the United States or LATAM.
• Contract engagement.
