📋 Description

• Oversee the entire process of learner engagement

• Supervise the recruitment and assessment of learners

• Manage coaching for employability and program operations

• Work in collaboration with delivery team members to enhance the learner experience

• Evaluate learner data to improve job placement rates

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of operational or strategic experience

• At least 2 years of experience in team management

• Exceptional skills in relationship building

• Outstanding communication skills

• Proficiency in analyzing and applying data

• Experience in large-scale learner recruitment (preferred)

• Background in workforce development (preferred)

• Familiarity with Canvas or similar LMS tools, Salesforce, and Google Workspace (preferred)
