This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage the delivery of pharmacy solution offerings for state Medicaid program(s)
• Direct cross-functional initiatives for intricate software implementation projects
• Supervise planning, execution, risk assessment, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery
• Act as the main point of coordination among business stakeholders, engineering, product teams, vendors, and clients
• Over 5 years of experience in Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solutions
• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management for significant Software Implementations
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to negotiate and collaborate across multifunctional teams
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, MS Project, and testing practices (SIT, UAT, Performance testing) is preferred
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and hosting infrastructure
