This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Oversee and facilitate the execution of assigned projects: Take charge of projects from inception to completion by establishing project scope, determining costs, creating and managing project plans, and collaborating with team members.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, task lists, and status reports: Develop and revise straightforward project tracking tools that highlight key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities so the team can easily track progress and subsequent steps.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies while addressing issues as necessary: Ensure project tasks remain on schedule, identify potential delays or obstacles, and inform leadership or project sponsors when challenges arise that require additional support.
• Organize and lead project meetings: Schedule regular project meetings, facilitate discussions to ensure productivity, and document crucial decisions, tasks, and responsibilities to keep the team aligned.
• Regularly engage with project contributors to verify progress, remind teams of deadlines, and assist in eliminating barriers that may impede workflow.
• Keep project documentation organized, including charters, plans, and status updates: Ensure project materials are systematically maintained and readily accessible for stakeholders to review essential information regarding scope, timelines, and progress.
• Relay project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership: Provide consistent updates on project status, including completed milestones, upcoming tasks, and any challenges that could affect timelines or results.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure projects remain on track: Collaborate with various teams across the organization to synchronize timelines, clarify roles, and maintain cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the Head of Project Management with established processes and scope: As the Head of Project Management outlines the comprehensive Fuze Health PMO structure, support the creation of cohesive processes implemented across the board.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or healthcare administration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and ensure deliverables are met.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage an executive-level audience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to foster trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in executing cross-functionally and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including Commercial, Product & Technology, Finance, Compliance, Strategy, Operations, and others.
