📋 Description

• Oversee Global Project Delivery

• Take ownership of the successful execution of various complex programs

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality benchmarks

• Actively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders

• Cultivate strong relationships that enhance satisfaction, trust, and repeat business

• Lead communication, escalation, and governance meetings

• Direct cross-functional project teams across global locations

• Empower teams to deliver with independence, accountability, and excellence

• Coach, mentor, and nurture project leaders and future talent

• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and resource strategies

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and financial performance

• Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned

• Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory (GxP) and business requirements

• Lead risk management and quality assurance initiatives

• Maintain stringent project governance and documentation standards

• Assist in business development through presentations and proposals

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling client solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex IT projects or programs (9+ years)

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-vendor, global initiatives

• Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Clinical or healthcare systems, Enterprise or commercial platforms, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity

• Capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

• Extensive experience in matrix and cross-functional environments

• Confident communicator at all levels, including senior stakeholders

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

• Strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
