Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at achieving operational alignment, optimizing processes, and planning for future states.

• Analyze existing operational workflows across teams and suggest models for future improvements.

• Detect gaps and redundancies in processes, tools, and workflows, offering scalable solutions for enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with external departments and key stakeholders to outline program objectives, success metrics, and timelines.

• Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and communication for ongoing initiatives.

• Assist in the development of RACI models and governance frameworks.

• Leverage accountability and continuous-improvement methodologies to convert analytics into actionable insights.

• Serve as a liaison across departments to foster alignment on shared goals and transitions.

• Monitor KPIs related to the success of initiatives and overall operational performance across the organization.

• Facilitate post-mortem evaluations and capture lessons learned.

• Create and implement a scalable vendor management strategy in line with organizational objectives, budgetary considerations, and compliance standards.

• Aid in vendor selection processes, encompassing RFPs/RFIs, cost-benefit assessments, and contract negotiations with departmental leaders, Legal, and Security.

• Ensure that all vendors are reviewed by Security and Legal, alongside proper vendor setup and purchase order management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a program manager position within a B2B SaaS or technology setting.

• Proven track record of successfully leading initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability to create scalable processes and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at influencing without direct authority.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with business operations frameworks (e.g., OKRs, RACI, etc.) is advantageous.

• Comfort with data analysis, including the development of business cases, ROI models, and performance reporting.

• Must be a permanent resident of the United States.

• Ongoing residency within the United States is required to secure and maintain employment.
