This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Responsible for defining and resolving the operational strategy for the client.
• Report operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate the activities of a multifunctional team to ensure that projects, processes, and/or products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
• Generate on-demand reports based on account needs and metrics (KPIs).
• Provide periodic reports on fuel consumption.
• Conduct semi-annual and annual financial planning to generate purchase orders.
• Report on accident rates for managing repairs, payments, and deductible controls, while maintaining indicators.
• Verify and monitor the budget for maintenance expenses.
• Manage inventory on internal platforms and the client's management systems.
• Oversee the sending of billing details by corporate entity to ensure payment to Element.
• Communicate monthly with users regarding operational processes with Element: unit renewals, unit returns, maintenance, among others.
• Provide support for escalations received and offer guidance to users about operational processes with Element: Purchases, Maintenance, Claims, among others.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering.
• Fluent in English: +95%.
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably as a KAM or similar position).
• Experience in Leasing (preferably of vehicles).
• Experience in managing multifunctional projects.
• Ability to drive light vehicles.
