This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assess requests, constraints, and requirements to facilitate prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage risks and issues while implementing corrective measures.
• Develop, strategize, design, and plan all facets of assigned programs/projects based on an analysis of program requirements/criteria, including impacts across field and corporate teams.
• Continuously assess the program and implement process enhancements.
• Provide data-driven insights to management aimed at improving program efficiency based on changing business needs.
• Coordinate and lead meetings and communications with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and formulate communication strategies for effective delivery to the appropriate audience, ensuring clarity and focus in messaging.
• Act as a liaison between departments to identify gaps and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and engage necessary resources from other departments where expertise is required to complete projects and address identified gaps.
• Facilitate consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities, driving decisions and next steps to advance program/project initiatives.
• Manage program conflicts, effectively detect and resolve issues with stakeholders, ensuring that impacts and dependencies are well understood.
• Establish and maintain tracking methods to capture milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables, adjusting plans and/or resources as needed to meet program/project requirements.
• Provide transparent and consistent updates on program status and progress to enhance stakeholder awareness and decision-making.
• Prepare updates and materials for stakeholders.
• Lead and organize meetings, briefings, and training sessions as necessary.
• Develop and implement communication and rollout plans for initiatives.
• Evaluate ongoing support needs after launch and confirm ownership responsibilities.
• Generate and analyze reports to assist in budget development, forecasting, and tracking.
• Monitor and reconcile budgets related to programs/projects.
• A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in a large corporate setting or within a service organization with multiple international branch or field locations.
• Previous experience in program or project management is essential.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Industry experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of operating independently, exhibiting creativity, attention to detail, and delivering results in a highly organized fashion.
• A strong desire and capacity to acquire new skills and pursue professional and personal development.
• Ability to adapt existing project management skills and experience to the organizational culture.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills essential for creating professional presentations.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
