This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between DMI and the governmental client, routinely updating the COR and executive leadership on program performance and delivery status.
• Guide project initiation and planning for all active task orders, converting business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans with clear schedules and milestones.
• Supervise contractor resources and labor across all task orders, distributing work according to skill set and availability while projecting burn rates and tracking budget utilization.
• Ensure daily execution and quality of deliverables, confirming that all submissions comply with contractual obligations and client expectations prior to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks; maintain a risk register and escalate unresolved issues along with suggested solutions.
• Prepare and deliver program status briefings and PMR materials; create and uphold task proposals, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in federal IT contracts.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
• Proven experience in defining requirements and preparing task proposals, including budget and schedule planning.
• Background in developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in briefing senior government executives.
• Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity capabilities.
• PMP certification, or over 10 years of demonstrated program management experience in place of certification.
• Experience managing BPA or IDIQ task order vehicles within a federal setting.
