This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive program management across all product lines.
• Serve as the vital link among Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and Operations.
• Ensure programs progress on schedule, risks are identified early, and stakeholders receive clear, consistent updates.
• Take ownership of the master program schedule for TxOS, TGC, and Cloud Engine product lines.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews, daily stand-ups, and milestone checkpoints.
• Maintain and publish program status dashboards using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across various teams.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle (PLC) gate process effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering leads to ensure sprint commitments align accurately with release timelines.
• Ensure release readiness by managing GA checklists, RTM criteria, and Beta entry/exit processes.
• Facilitate retrospectives and ensure action items are driven to closure.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Support, and Field teams regarding release readiness and logistics.
• Promote adoption and adherence to the new Atlassian SDLC toolchain.
• Generate executive-level program summaries on a weekly basis.
• Manage escalation pathways to ensure that critical blockers are escalated to the appropriate decision-makers swiftly.
• A minimum of 5 years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or hardware companies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence — capable of building dashboards, not just viewing them.
• Familiarity with formal PLC or stage-gate processes.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their relationship to long-term program timelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to craft status reports that engage readers.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in storage, networking, or enterprise infrastructure software is preferred.
• Background in managing release readiness and GA gate processes.
