This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee programs for one or more global or enterprise accounts.

• Lead and support various operations and sales teams to achieve results for large, complex clients.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal and external communications.

• Promote operational excellence across projects, services, and advanced solutions.

• Direct Convergint teams and partners to ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account expansion.

• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and comprehend their business structures and strategies.

• Implement standard processes and tools to enhance internal efficiencies.

• Ensure consistency in Convergint services across various locations, regions, and countries.

• Document and sustain customer-specific working practices in a dynamic playbook.

• Guarantee compliance with customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and market regulations.

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate the operational aspects of enterprise customer engagements.

• Enforce program governance and customer expectations with national and global teams and partners.

• Advocate for and act as a liaison between customers, colleagues, and partners.

• Mobilize resources and solutions to address customer challenges.

• Introduce new services and geographic support capabilities while scaling programs.

• Conduct internal and customer-facing business reviews.

• Connect professional services with client technical teams to optimize system uptime.

• Assist sales teams in presenting innovative technology and service solutions.

• Maintain responsibility for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Solicit feedback, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues to leadership.

• Monitor account financial performance, compile reports, and analyze data.

• Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues; may supervise direct reports.

• Undertake additional duties as requested or required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills related to program and project management.

• Comprehensive industry and market knowledge of network and low-voltage building systems.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to various organizational levels.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Skills in conflict management and resolution.

• Confidence in contract negotiation and administration.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to foster organizational alignment through relationships, vision communication, and team building.

• Understanding of necessary protection levels for customer personnel, information, and property.

• Leadership skills to guide, develop, and mentor team members.

• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to implement program deliverables across cultural and regional differences.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, trade school, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of operations or project management experience is required.

• PMI certification is desirable.

• Industry-specific certifications and/or required licenses are necessary.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation is preferred.

• Prior leadership experience is desirable.
