This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and manage cybersecurity training and capability development initiatives.
• Ensure that execution is in line with program goals, contract obligations, scope, quality standards, timelines, and available resources.
• Convert program objectives and requirements into actionable work plans.
• Create integrated schedules for training sessions, curriculum development, exercises, assessments, stakeholder interactions, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity subject-matter experts, instructors, curriculum developers, technical staff, and support personnel.
• Assess program performance and execution, identifying potential issues, dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and resource limitations.
• Implement corrective measures and coordinate activities with interagency and partner nation stakeholders.
• Maintain coordination with stakeholders and ensure situational awareness.
• Organize technical contributions and program-level deliverables, including briefings, reports, training materials, and assessments.
• Supervise the delivery and effectiveness of cybersecurity training.
• Monitor participation, assessments, outcomes, and advancement towards partner nation capability goals.
• Assist with personnel integration and team effectiveness, encompassing onboarding, resource management, conflict resolution, and collaboration among technical and program teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Formal education or professional training in project management basics, stakeholder coordination, and schedule management.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing technical or international training programs.
• Proven experience in coordinating activities with Embassy, partner nation leadership, and interagency stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting international programs or engagements.
• Experience in managing programs in low-resource settings.
• Capability to create and maintain integrated project schedules, calendars, milestones, dependencies, action-item lists, and timelines for deliverables.
• Skill in monitoring progress, identifying schedule impacts, and coordinating corrective actions for program execution and risk management.
• Experience in briefing leadership and U.S. customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in developing professional reports, training materials, policy documents, briefings, and other program deliverables for government and interagency audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel OCONUS (Bahamas) for short-term temporary duty assignments.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
• Part-time employment.
