Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of programs by creating detailed program plans.

• Deliver operational assistance through various tools and processes.

• Assess results throughout the Operations Infrastructure portfolio.

• Convert strategic goals into practical scopes, timelines, and collaborative initiatives.

• Foster alignment among departments while connecting project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and provide updates on progress.

• Offer specialized administrative support for key initiatives.

• Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Create, evaluate, and deliver executive-level presentations and documents.

• Drive innovation and enhance operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
