Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the activities of the Program Management Office (PMO/ProgMO), which includes program planning, scheduling, governance, and collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of the Federal budget, encompassing planning, tracking, analysis, validation, and documentation processes.

• Facilitate Federal acquisition and procurement initiatives by supporting procurement planning and overseeing the entire lifecycle.

• Create and sustain performance metrics, monitor compliance, compile program status reports, and prepare briefings for leadership.

• Contribute to division-wide PMR planning, readiness preparation, review coordination, follow-up actions, and governance reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree along with 5 or more years of pertinent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in supporting a Program Management Office (PMO/ProgMO), Project Management Office, or a Federal budget office.

• Proven experience in supporting or managing Federal programs, including collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Federal budget formulation, execution tracking, acquisition processes, procurement planning, and lifecycle management.

• Experience in performance management, which includes developing metrics, compliance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities, with the capability to synthesize program and budget data for PMR reviews, leadership briefings, and governance reporting.

• DHS Suitability Required.

• Must comply with relevant Controlled Unclassified Information safeguarding and compliance standards.
