• Provides guidance and leadership to operational and site personnel assigned.
• Prepares and submits labor and non-labor budgets for the site, forecasts estimated costs, and manages control processes.
• Coordinates scheduling with government representatives as necessary.
• Supervises the scheduling of work assignments and workloads in alignment with operational tasks and maintenance requirements.
• Manages the complete flow of goods from ordering, which includes inventory receiving, inspection and verification, transportation planning, liaising with suppliers and the US Government, ensuring timely deliveries, and confirming receipt.
• Identifies issues and adjusts program plans based on customer feedback regarding cost, performance, quality, purchases, schedules, and risks.
• Develops and oversees the program budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet program objectives.
• Addresses contractual and technical programmatic challenges and collaborates with functional units to prepare modifications and negotiate changes with the relevant customer.
• Monitors performance metrics, develops reporting formats, and prepares reports that showcase contract performance for management and customer submission.
• Facilitates regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to track progress and resolve any issues.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to the program.
• Identifies potential risks and formulates mitigation strategies to reduce impacts on program performance.
• Ensures achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Serves as the primary contact for all inquiries and communications related to the program.
• Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and innovations within the program to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leads initiatives focused on optimizing program performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of academic, technical, or military training and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including FAA or DoD aviation supply parts experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with Government Property Control and Procurement procedures.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to guide assigned personnel in adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Must have effective planning and organizing skills and the capability to work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and supervisory skills are essential.
• Proficiency in desktop computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to prepare management-level reports and presentations.
