Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• The Project Manager (PM) holds operational accountability for the execution of task orders, including supervision, administration, management, and financial performance.

• The PM is responsible for planning and allocating resources to guarantee that all projects and client engagements are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.

• Oversee subordinate project teams as necessary to meet the client's milestones.

• Monitor Portfolio expenditures and align them with Income Statements and Financial Reports on a monthly basis, identifying, analyzing, and reporting any cost discrepancies.

• Assess actual and anticipated revenue each month and communicate revenue variances to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in supporting a government services contract.

• Over seven (7) years of proven performance in consulting, project management, or a technical field such as science/engineering, including hydro acoustics, electronic monitoring, marine UAV, and thermal imaging (ten years of experience may substitute for a degree).

• Experience in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Analysis.

• Proficiency in Planning, Organizing, Directing, and Controlling a Program.

• Strong Communication Skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
