Program Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating closely with our clients, ranging from data owners and analytical users to C-level executives.

• Lead multi-workstream initiatives that deliver enterprise data and AI platforms alongside measurable business results.

• Serve as the main client-facing representative for project planning, execution, risk management, and effective communication.

• Oversee program governance, which includes comprehensive status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading delivery in consulting or professional services, encompassing multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to convert technical deliverables into quantifiable business outcomes and communication suitable for executive audiences.

• Experience in delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise settings; capable of collaborating effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders.

• Strong skills in program governance and delivery management, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation procedures.

• Proficiency in Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall methodologies; able to tailor the approach to the client's context and team capabilities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-level reports.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm.
