Program Manager – AI Help Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance our organization-wide JIRA ecosystem, optimizing delivery across various teams.

• Actively seek out AI-driven automation opportunities within the organization.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Help Experience Leadership team, Technical Program Managers, Operations Business Partners, and Data teams.

• Ensure effective communication regarding delivery updates, maintain clear documentation in Confluence, and develop discovery templates while facilitating agile retrospectives.

• Provide regular data-driven reports and forecasts using Looker/Streamlit to guide decision-making for group leadership.

• Highlight delivery and scoping risks to suggest corrective actions to teams.

• Identify and pilot AI-driven automation initiatives that minimize manual tasks, enhance visibility, and enable teams to concentrate on impactful work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program or project management, product operations, Chief of Staff, or strategy roles—preferably within Big Tech, high-growth SaaS, or startup settings.

• In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and OKR/goal frameworks.

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management, to maximize delivery velocity when collaborating with product teams is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives, maintaining operational cadences, and delivering strategic projects on schedule and within scope.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align across disciplines for shared outcomes.

• Strong communication skills: capable of visualizing complex concepts, creating data visualizations, and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and influence, establishing rapport quickly across engineering, product, design, and leadership levels.

• Practical experience in leveraging AI for automation and operational efficiency, exploring innovative approaches to streamline workflows and enhance delivery.

• Advanced Excel analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to convert insights into actionable reports and projections that will guide our strategy.

• A background in consulting or investment banking is a plus.
