This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop, manage, and continually enhance Victaulic’s digital and AI learning strategy for the global organization.
• Establish the roadmap for the adoption, sequencing, and scaling of digital learning platforms and AI tools across various sites, functions, and talent demographics.
• Act as a thought leader by linking digital and AI technologies to the talent management ecosystem.
• Introduce external best practices and innovative approaches to improve talent programs and assess their impact.
• Oversee the comprehensive global deployment of the Skill Matrix and Digital Work Instruction platforms, including vendor management with Azumuta.
• Organize phased site rollouts and collaborate with plant trainers and subject-matter experts to create and digitize method sheets and training materials.
• Provide guidance to leaders on utilizing Skill Matrix coverage and competency data to pinpoint skill gaps by site, shift, and process.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and HR Business Partners to translate data into focused training plans and workforce-readiness reports.
• Convert AI innovation and enablement into actionable people strategies and implement AI to enhance employee skills.
• Link AI and digital learning adoption data with talent strategy.
• Consult with Global Learning & Development on employing AI to enhance the talent experience and improve content and program development efficiency.
• Leverage AI-enabled and skill-matrix data to facilitate the identification and development of high-potential and emerging leaders.
• Develop a curriculum refresh schedule and establish metrics for training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business and plant leaders to discover opportunities for capability building enabled by AI and digital learning.
• Assess and recommend AI-enabled and digital learning platforms and tools.
• Work alongside the AI technology team to ensure use cases adhere to AI governance, data privacy, and ethical use standards.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Digital Learning, HR, or a related field.
• Direct responsibility for a learning platform, technology rollout, or large-scale training initiative.
• Experience leading the comprehensive rollout of a digital learning, training, or workforce technology platform among a distributed, non-technical workforce.
• Proficiency in vendor management, phased site or departmental deployment, content development, and promoting adoption among frontline users and supervisors.
• Strong conceptual understanding of generative AI capabilities and their limitations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Experience in creating a responsible-use or governance framework for new technologies or platforms.
• Practical experience in designing, developing, and scaling training curricula and content.
• Capability to build and maintain a network or community of practice across multiple sites, departments, or organizations.
• Ability to consult with business, HR, plant operations, and L&D leaders.
• Skill in diagnosing capability and workforce-readiness requirements and designing practical, adoptable solutions.
• Ability to translate technical AI and digital platform capabilities into clear, business-relevant applications for HR, L&D, plant floor, and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in guiding teams and stakeholders through process or technology changes.
