This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Lead and promote employee awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI-enabled tools and workflows within the Lender Division.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders in the Lender Division AI Center of Excellence.
• Organize AI enablement programs, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and communications.
• Collaborate with operational and business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for AI integration.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of AI training materials, internal documentation, FAQs, and best practices.
• Collect employee feedback, insights on adoption, operational challenges, and opportunities for enhancements.
• Aid in establishing and promoting standards for responsible AI usage, governance practices, and operational guidelines.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence through AI.
• Coordinate operational AI projects, employee enablement initiatives, and strategic business programs across various teams.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, action items, and milestones related to adoption.
• Facilitate meetings, stakeholder communications, project updates, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, implementation plans, governance workflows, and materials for operational readiness.
• Support organizational change management activities tied to AI implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in program management, employee enablement, operational coordination, change management, training coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives, training programs, or employee engagement efforts.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and skills in operational coordination.
