Program Manager, 340B Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Coordinates and enhances initiatives related to the 340B drug pricing program (340B program) to support health system partners associated with Lumicera Health Services.

• Aids in the development and implementation of program strategies, overseeing the daily coordination of initiatives.

• Prepares materials and insights for partner engagement, contributing to the advancement of program improvements.

• Engages stakeholders from health system partners at both operational and management levels to support the implementation, alignment, and continuous optimization of the program.

• Develops organized project plans, status tracking, and reporting tools to ensure visibility into program performance.

• Synthesizes data on program performance and financial outputs into actionable insights that guide operational and program-related decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or program coordination is required.

• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the hire date, is required.

• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or program coordination is required.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting or working within a 340B program or a related pharmacy services environment is required.

• Experience in coordinating multi-step initiatives with defined timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional participation is required.

• Experience in interpreting data and financial information to support operational or program-related decisions is required.
