This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create and execute processes for customer Proof-of-Concepts (PoC), solution delivery, and AI design partnerships.
• Oversee the PoC workflow, collaborating closely with our account teams, solution architects, and solution engineers to manage scope, success metrics, and other vital elements of the presales phase.
• Develop autonomous AI solutions that enhance our customer lifecycle, spanning from presales to operations.
• Establish and oversee delivery processes in dynamic and evolving environments, often for programs where scope and outcomes progress over time.
• Advance our deal desk to facilitate Request For Proposals (RFP) responses, statements of work, and additional proposals that our account teams require to aid the sales process.
• Collaborate with our professional services team to offer ongoing leadership and mentorship to our technical project managers.
• Conduct retrospectives at the end of various presales activities, such as PoCs and RFP responses.
• Ensure robust financial and commercial management of projects, including scope oversight, change management, and awareness of margins.
• Promote clear, concise communication across all organizational levels, including with executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to account expansion by identifying follow-on opportunities and assisting in the formulation of new engagements.
• Continuously enhance delivery practices, providing structure where necessary while allowing for flexibility to innovate.
• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale client-facing projects in a professional services or consulting context.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or operational management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering product-based software solutions to large enterprises, where you have led complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams.
• Proficient in creating and utilizing AI agents to enhance work processes.
• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset – prioritizing value delivery over mere task management.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where requirements and solutions are iteratively defined and refined alongside project delivery.
• Collaborate with a well-established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure sector.
