Program Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in all mandatory facilitator training sessions and program events.

• Review educational resources prior to each session and prepare independently as necessary.

• Facilitate the TCP curriculum for program attendees in both large and small group settings based on your assigned responsibilities.

• Coach and guide participants through group facilitation, whether in large or small formats.

• Offer constructive feedback to staff and LDC volunteers regarding educational materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous involvement in Gamma Phi Beta leadership development or educational initiatives.

• Experience in facilitation is preferred.

• Willingness to commit to all scheduled session dates, as the effectiveness of this program hinges on group engagement and participation.

• Travel is not required for this position.

• All volunteers who are members of Gamma Phi Beta must maintain good standing by paying the international alumnae dues ($40 annually) or by becoming Life Loyal ($375 one-time payment).
