This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and take ownership of the vision for a contemporary Healthcare Administration program aimed at national outreach.
• Develop a program that equips students for entry-level positions, career advancement, and transfer opportunities.
• Act as the academic and strategic leader for the program both internally and externally.
• Oversee the design, launch, and continuous evolution of the curriculum in collaboration with the Campus’s curriculum and academic operations teams.
• Utilize firsthand experience in designing and leading higher education curricula to shape program structure, rigor, and standards.
• Manage program learning outcomes, course sequencing, assessment strategies, and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with workforce demands, compliant with accreditation and regulatory standards, scalable, and integrated with healthcare technology, data, and AI-driven workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and assist qualified faculty in healthcare administration.
• Teach courses in the Healthcare Administration program regularly to stay closely connected with student needs, learning obstacles, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Campus’s Business Development team to establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare employers and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure the program effectively prepares students for job placement and career progression.
• Lead efforts to align with ACCJC, BPPE, the Department of Education, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Proven experience in designing and leading an academic program in Healthcare Administration or a closely related healthcare discipline.
• Teaching experience in higher education, with the ability to instruct courses directly.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, administrative processes, and regulatory standards.
• Previous responsibility for curriculum development, faculty leadership, and maintaining academic quality.
• Experience in translating workforce and employer requirements into academic programs.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives across academic, operational, and growth teams.
