This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the governance, performance, and compliance for NASA SEWP and other IT-related contract vehicles.
• Ensure that contract execution is in line with Statements of Work, contract stipulations, program performance standards, and organizational objectives.
• Manage contract modifications, administrative updates, scope expansions, and the lifecycle of contract vehicles.
• Keep track of regulatory and policy changes, including FAR, TAA, NDAA 889, C-SCRM, and associated requirements, and implement controls to ensure compliance.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate compliance challenges, task order disputes, and execution risks.
• Supervise the entire contract lifecycle from RFQ to award, fulfillment coordination, invoicing alignment, and performance oversight.
• Direct the intake, assessment, and governance of RFQs and task orders to guarantee alignment with contract scope, pricing strategy, and execution capability.
• Establish standards and operational processes for the development of compliant and competitive quotes.
• Lead necessary contract reporting, fee reconciliation, audit preparation, and administrative deliverables in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Act as the executive sponsor and primary business owner for systems that support IT and MATOC program execution.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that minimize manual effort, enhance compliance, and boost execution.
• Mentor and develop team members responsible for sales support, order management, vendor coordination, fulfillment, and contract administration.
• Over 7 years of experience in managing federal IT contracts, GWACs, MATOCs, or comparable government contract vehicles.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in NASA SEWP.
• In-depth understanding of FAR, federal procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and government IT contracting.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional contract execution and governance initiatives.
• Background in implementing, managing, or optimizing contract management systems, ERP systems, or similar operational frameworks.
• Excellent operational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability to work during our core business hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
