HR Operational Program Manager – Leadership Excellence Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the company's global qualification and leadership development initiatives.

• Drive innovation, promote collaboration across various segments, and ensure alignment of initiatives with overarching business strategies.

• Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs, facilitating cross-segment coordination and cooperation with all stakeholders regarding the development strategy.

• Plan, design, and deliver cutting-edge leadership and organizational development programs and formats for DT's leaders across its global presence.

• Monitor and evaluate the success of leadership development initiatives, prepare reports for stakeholders, and work on continuous improvements through iterative processes.

• Strategize and prepare communications for customers about leadership development programs and offerings, while actively promoting the programs in line with the communication plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree focusing on Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a comparable qualification gained through relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in leadership development, including the planning and execution of programs for executives, along with an understanding of the latest HR trends and methodologies.

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, including reporting to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborations with external partners to achieve impactful results within established timelines and budget constraints.

• Strong operational excellence, capable of managing participant tracking, communications, training venues, post-program follow-ups, and coordination with various operational offices.

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with creative thinking and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• A team player who actively seeks collaboration and engagement with teams, partners, and providers.

• Strong capability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily tasks.

• Experience in applying design thinking or similar methodologies in problem-solving and project work.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

• Experience in event organization would be considered a plus.
